    Hey everyone! Sorry my thoughts are a little late, but late is better than never ☺️ The group and I had an awesome trip and I thought we had an amazing turn out! I felt very welcomed by all the families that we got to meet. I also enjoyed playing softball Friday and Tuesday, playing at the church with all the kids, and riding around the town with a few of the girls.I think God was trying to teach me patience and also trying to test how strong my faith was. He took me on this amazing trip that I had so many questions that were asked that I had no clue how to answer, but somehow he showed me the answer to everything. He opened my eyes, which made me realize that even though it’s the United States it’s such a different world! The world is going through corruption and it needs our help to share the love of Jesus to everyone that we come in contact with. We all need to let our light shine, that was just my goal on this trip! Also, I’m glad I got to go on this trip with the group I traveled with! Jay and I really made a connection with the kids that the 3 elders couldn’t have. Mrs. Melynda, Mr. Mike, and Nana I’m glad I got to watch yall and listen to how each of you spoke about the word it taught me a lot! I hope to make this trip next year and to be able to go back and visit sometime soon!
